1. Parties

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1.  The member declares that the personal and other information he/she provides while becoming a member of the http://www.urunbakyim.com website is correct before the law,  declares and undertakes to indemnify all damages incurred due to the inaccuracy of this information in full and immediately. 
3.2.  The member cannot give the password given to him by the user to other persons or organizations, the right of the member to use the said password belongs to himself. Urunbakyim reserves the right to claim all kinds of compensation and other claims arising from such unauthorized use against all claims and demands that may be brought against Urunbakyim by third parties or authorized authorities, with all liability that may arise for this reason. 
3.3.  The member accepts and undertakes from the beginning to comply with the provisions of the legal regulations and not to violate them while using the http://www.urunbakyim.com website. Otherwise, all legal and penal obligations to arise will bind the member completely and exclusively. 
3.4.  The member may not use the http://www.urunbakyim.com website in any way that violates public order, violates public morals, disturbs and harass others, for an unlawful purpose, infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others. In addition, the member cannot engage in activities (spam, viruses, trojan horses, etc.) and transactions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services. 
3.5.  The ideas and thoughts expressed, written and used by the members on the http://www.urunbakyim.com website are completely the personal opinions of the members and bind the owner of the opinion. These views and thoughts have no interest or connection with Urunbakyim. Urunbakyim does not have any responsibility for the damages that third parties may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the member, and the damages that the member may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the third parties. 
3.6. Urunbakyim will not be liable for unauthorized reading of member data and for damages to member software and data. The Member has agreed in advance not to claim compensation from Urunbakyim for any damage he may incur due to the use of the http://www.urunbakyim.com website. 
3.7.  The member agrees not to access or use other internet users' software and data without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibilities arising from this will belong to the member completely. 
3.8.  The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement is personally liable criminally and legally for this violation,  will keep these violations free of legal and criminal consequences. Also; In the event that the case is transferred to the legal field due to this violation, Urunbakyim reserves the right to claim compensation against the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement. 
3.9. urunbakyim always has the right to unilaterally delete the member's membership and delete the customer's files, documents and information when necessary. The member accepts this savings in advance. In this case, Urunbakyim has no responsibility. 
3.10.  The software and design of the http://www.urunbakyim.com website is the property of Urunbakyim, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights regarding them are protected by the relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights. 
3.11.  The name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used by Urunbakyim to improve and develop the http://www.urunbakyim.com website and/or to access the site within the framework of legal regulations, the date and time the site was accessed, the accessed time on the site Some information may be collected, such as the pages and the Internet address of the Web site that provides a direct link to the site. 
3.12.  In order to provide better service to its users, to improve its products and services, and to facilitate the use of the site, it may use the personal information of its members in studies aimed at the special preferences and interests of its users. Urunbakyim reserves the right to keep a record of the member's actions on the http://www.urunbakyim.com website. 
3.13.  The person who is a member of Urunbakyim declares and accepts that he/she allows product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction applications by Urunbakyim within the scope of the applications in force and / or to be implemented. The Member, while becoming a member of Urunbakyim and/or in other ways, to collect the personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that he/she has given in the past and/or to be given in the future for the above purposes, to share them with all affiliated companies, declares and accepts that it allows its use and archiving. Unless the member notifies otherwise, he/she declares and accepts that he/she allows the data to be collected, shared with all subsidiary companies, used and archived by Urunbakyim and all its subsidiaries when his membership ends. Unless the member notifies otherwise, he declares and accepts that he allows Urunbakyim and all its subsidiaries to contact him using communication channels such as internet, telephone, SMS, etc. The member declares that he/she will not claim any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral, negative and/or positive, in short, any damages due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving and accessing of the above-mentioned information, and that he will not hold the Company and its subsidiary companies liable, and accepts. If the member wishes to change his data sharing preferences, he can forward this request to the customer service call centers of Urunbakyim. 
3.14.  When the member's personal information is requested as a legal obligation or 
a)  to act in accordance with legal requirements or to  comply with the legal proceedings notified; 
b)  The website may disclose when it believes in good faith that it is necessary to protect and defend the rights and property of its family. 
3.15.  Precautions have been taken to ensure that the Urunbakyim website is free of viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must provide his own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, the member is deemed to have accepted that he is responsible for all errors that may occur in his own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences, by entering the website.

3.17.  Urunbakyim can change, update or cancel the terms of the membership agreement at any time, without the need for prior notice and/or warning in any form or form. Any provision changed, updated or repealed will be valid for all members on the date of publication. 
3.18.  The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Urunbakyim will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 287 of the HUMK, and that the said records constitute a contract of evidence. 
3.19.  In accordance with this membership agreement, Urunbakyim has the authority to send notification e-mails to the e-mail addresses registered with its members and informing SMSs to their mobile phones. will be counted.

4. Termination of Contract

This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his/her membership or until his/her membership is cancelled. In the event that the member violates any provision of the membership agreement, the product may terminate the agreement unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member.

5. Settlement of Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes related to this contract.

6. Enforcement

Membership registration means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement was concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
